Inc. only sells colored lenses, lighting equipment and siren devices
to individuals with valid agency identification. We will not be
held responsible for the manner in which the buyer operates the
equipment bought from this website. Check with your state's
local jurisdiction towards the usage of the products purchased
through this website. If you are not licensed to use this
equipment and action is taken against you, we cannot be held responsible.
When purchasing through this website, you agree to release K&D
Lighting from any and all liability associated with the use of
the equipment purchased, we will not be held responsible for any
misuses on behalf of our buyers. The buyer takes all responsibility
for the usage of the items sold on this website once a purchase
is made.

be responsible for the installation of the devices bought from
this website. If you are unfamiliar with the wiring of devices
that are sold on this website, please do not attempt to install

any products voids our return policy.

Return &
Warranty Information
We at K&D
Lighting want our customers to have an excellent shopping experience
with us. For this reason, we accept returns on items, excluding
lightbars, sirens, and any special made, special order, or custom
items, no questions asked for up to 10 days after the
date of sale with a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
K&D Lighting will not issue a refund on any equipment that
has been installed, used, or returned in a non re-saleable condition.
Special order and custom items are not returnable unless the
product is damaged or defective upon receipt. We also do
not accept any returns or exchanges on any replacement lenses
or filters unless they arrive to you in a defective manner. Defective
power supplies must be returned to the factory for repair, and
should not be sent back to K&D Lighting for any reasons. Original
freight charges will not be reimbursed to the buyer, and the buyer
must pay for shipping returned products. If an exchange is being
made, the buyer pays the cost of shipping the item back to us,
and we pay the cost for shipping the new item.
All items
sold on our website are covered under warranty from the manufacturer
and not by K&D Lighting. No further warranties are offered
or implied on any products sold on our website. For more information
