Inc. is owned and operated by Volunteer Firefighters, so we know
how important it is to have an effective vehicle warning system.

Inc. only sells colored lenses, lighting equipment and siren devices
to individuals with valid agency identification. We will not be
held responsible for the manner in which the buyer operates the
equipment bought from this website. Check with your state's
local jurisdiction towards the usage of the products purchased
through this website. If you are not licensed to use this
equipment and action is taken against you, we cannot be held responsible.
When purchasing through this website, you agree to release K&D
Lighting from any and all liability associated with the use of
the equipment purchased. We will not be held responsible for any
misuses on behalf of our customers. The buyer takes all responsibility
for the usage of the items sold on this website once a purchase
is made.
K&D Lighting, Inc. is not
be responsible for the installation of any products purchased from
this website. If you are unfamiliar with the wiring of devices
that are sold on this website, please do not attempt to install
any of the products sold here. The installation of
any products voids our return policy.

to know what it is they're buying, so we try to represent all
products listed on this website with the most accurate description
possible. However, K&D Lighting, Inc. will not be held responsible
for any misprints on any items found on this website. If you feel
that a certain item may be represented incorrectly, please contact

Return &
Warranty Information
K&D Lighting, Inc. will accept returns on products, excluding
lightbars, sirens, any special made, special order (Ex: Green lighting products) or custom
products, no questions asked for up to 10 days after the
date of receipt with a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.
K&D Lighting, Inc. must be notified PRIOR to any order/product(s) being returned for a refund or exchange. All un-authorized returns will be refused at the time of delivery and will be returned to the customer without a refund. Please email us if you need to return a product for a refund or exchange.
K&D Lighting, Inc. will not issue a refund on any products that
have been installed, used or show signs of tampering. All returned products must be in their new, original factory condition in which it was shipped to you. All manufacturer boxes, packaging, product instruction manuals, warranty cards, and products must be in their original condition and wrapping. Products returned in any other condition than the manner in which it was shipped, or products returned in damaged or used condition will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Special order and custom items can not be returned unless the
product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
K&D Lighting, Inc. does
not accept any returns or exchanges on any replacement lenses
or lens filters unless they arrive to you in a defective manner (cracked, scratched, warped, etc.). Defective
strobe power supplies must be returned to the factory for repair, and
should not be sent back to K&D Lighting, Inc. for any reasons.
Original
shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers returning products
are responsible for return shipping fees. If an exchange is being
made, the buyer pays the cost of shipping the item back to us,
and we will pay for shipping the new item. All returns or exchanges must be shipped back using the same transportation method as the order was originally shipped to you.

sold on our website are covered under factory warranties from the manufacturer
and not by K&D Lighting, Inc. No further warranties are offered
