We prefer
all orders to be placed through our web store using our convenient PayPal shopping
cart. Our website is able to
accept most major credit cards and uses 128-bit encryption which
ensures a safe and secure web-based transaction via PayPal.
In the past, PayPal required customers to setup individual
PayPal accounts in order to checkout from our web store. This is no
longer the case. You can now shop our web store without creating a PayPal account and still make single purchases by submitting the required information via our PayPal shopping cart. If you have any questions or problems using PayPal or our PayPal shopping cart, please email our Sales Department.
We try to
describe the items we sell to the best of our ability. Most of
the information found on individual product pages is received
directly from the manufacturer. If you have any specific questions
about a product you are interested in that is not displayed in
the product’s description, please use our contact
form to send us an email.
All
in-stock and normal item orders are processed within 1-2 business
days, and are shipped out within that time frame. Please see our
shipping section for
more information on shipping terms.
All Lightbars, Mini Lightbars,
and Traffic Advisors will ship within 2-3 days if they are in-stock.
All custom made full sized lightbars, including the Whelen Inner-Edge Series, may take to
6-8 weeks to be delivered from the Whelen factory, depending on availability.
If an item ordered is not in-stock and needs to be ordered, it may take 2-3 weeks to receive. If an item is not in-stock and there will be a delay in the shipment of your order, email notification will be made by someone on our staff. For this reason, it is important that the email address listed on your PayPal account is active and current.
