We utilize
a flat-rate shipping method. This feature allows K&D Lighting,
Inc. to offer competitive shipping prices with the same high-quality
service our customers expect when making a purchase. Shipping
costs are calculated by the total price of an order, not by the
individual items being purchased.

items in our web store have separate shipping costs, including Lightbars, Mini Lightbars and Traffic Advisors (see below).

United States, including Puerto Rico. |
K&D Lighting,
Inc. will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses; no exceptions.
All packages are shipped via the United
Parcel Service (UPS) or United
States Postal Service (USPS), depending on what is being ordered.
USPS is used to ship to Post Office boxes.
Once your
order’s shipping information is received by either UPS or
USPS, you will receive an automated email message from either
service. This automated email message will contain your order’s
tracking information. This email message should not be discarded
until you receive your order in full. The automated message will
be delivered to the email address you have listed with PayPal
at the time of placing your order with us. We ask that you have
an active and working email account listed with PayPal so that
your order’s tracking information can be correctly delivered.
Please be advised that shipping tracking numbers are only emailed once an order has been shipped. We do not assign shipping tracking numbers upon the receipt of an order. Once your order has been shipped, the shipping information will be updated to your PayPal payment for your viewing.
Note: If you misplace, discard or never receive your order’s tracking information,
please send us an e-mail and your tracking information will be forwarded to you.
If there is
any prolonged delay in the shipment of your order, you will be
notified immediately by email. Be advised that orders for
certain models of Lightbars, Mini Lightbars and Traffic Advisors
can sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks to ship. You will be notified
of the expected shipping date via email a day or two after the
order has been placed.
